Entry of outsiders into the hostel premises is strictly prohibited.
Residents must inform the management in case of late return or overnight stay outside.
Lost locker keys will incur a replacement charge of Rs. 500.
One-month prior notice (1stβ5th of the month) is required for vacating. Late vacating will be charged Rs. 500 per day.
Smoking, alcohol, and other intoxicants are strictly banned on hostel premises.
No refunds on rent for mid-month vacating without prior intimation.
Residents must maintain cleanliness in rooms and common areas.
Arguments, physical fights, and the use of abusive language will not be tolerated.
Residents are responsible for their belongings. Management is not liable for theft or loss.
Please switch off lights, fans, and electrical appliances when not in use.
Management reserves the right to evict any resident involved in illegal activities or consistent rent delays.

Use only your assigned bed and storage. Unauthorized use will result in a Rs. 2000 fine.
Vehicle owners must lock their vehicles. Parking outside designated areas is not allowed.
Residents opting out of the mess service should not consume mess food without payment.
Management may inspect rooms at any time for safety and hygiene.
Advance payments will be refunded by the 7th of the next month, after deductions for electricity and other charges.- Registration fee of Rs. 1000 is non-refundable.
